This video, using the Rolling Stones‘ version of “Route 66″ as accompaniment, manages the trick of showing footage of each town or state’s attractions as the lyrics come up.
Well, as the character in “Groundhog Day” said, “That pretty well sums it up for me.”
I was glad to see that they included shots of those two Williams motel gems, the Lodge and the Grand.
Most of the Motels are from Williams AZ. Except Munger Moss and a sign in Kingman.
